🧾 Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • 400 g calamarata pasta
  • 500 g fresh cleaned squid
  • garlic cloves
  • 200 g ripe cherry tomatoes
  • 1 glass of dry white wine
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil Il Belicino

👨🍳 Step-by-step preparation

1️⃣ Clean and cut the squid

Rinse the squid under running water, remove entrails and outer skin.
Cut them into rings, just like the shape of calamarata.

2️⃣ Prepare the fragrant soffritto

In a large pan, pour a generous drizzle of Il Belicino oil.
Add the crushed garlic and let it brown slowly.

3️⃣ Cook the squid

Add the squid and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate.

4️⃣ Add the cherry tomatoes

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the pan.
