Our journey began with extra virgin olive oil, obtained exclusively from the Nocellara del Belìce cultivar, a symbol of an agricultural tradition handed down for generations.

In the beginning, there was only an olive grove.

An olive grove in the Belice Valley, tended with respect, patience, and care, as has always been done here.

The oil produced from it was not intended for the market.
It was intended for family, for friends, for those who recognized the value of things done well.

Then something happened.

Those who tasted that oil asked for more.
One bottle led to another.
Requests grew, year after year.

Starting with our Nocellara del Belìce oil, we began looking around us.

Meeting small local producers. Recognizing stories similar to our own.
